I never imagined that real estate would be the answer to my prayers, but looking back, it is clear that every step of my journey led me exactly where I was meant to be.

 

I was raised in Longview, Texas, and this community has shaped who I am and how I work. I grew up here, was educated in Longview ISD, attended Longview High School, and later graduated from Pine Tree High School, learning early the importance of relationships, integrity, and showing up when it matters. Longview is not just where I work. It is home.

 

After high school, I attended Baylor University and earned a degree in International Studies. At the time, I believed my path might take me far from Longview, but those years ultimately gave me perspective, discipline, and a deeper understanding of people, skills that now guide the way I serve clients and lead our team in real estate.

 

My professional career began in the fitness industry as a personal trainer. That experience still influences my approach today. I learned how to listen closely, create a clear plan, stay focused on details, and guide people through important personal decisions. Helping others reach meaningful goals taught me how powerful trust and consistency truly are, principles that shape how our team works with every client.

 

In 2016, my family sold land in Longview, and that experience changed everything. Going through the process of selling property firsthand showed me how overwhelming real estate decisions can feel without the right guidance. It also revealed the difference a steady, informed professional and a strong support team can make. That season confirmed a calling to help others buy and sell with clarity and confidence.

 

As my career grew, I saw a clear need for a different kind of realtor in Longview, one grounded in local knowledge, clear communication, and follow through. Someone who understands not just how to buy a home, but how to help homeowners sell a home in Longview with the right pricing, preparation, and market strategy, supported by a team that communicates clearly and moves quickly.

 

That conviction led to the founding of Austin Moore & Company Real Estate. What began as a step of faith has grown into a respected Longview real estate team built around service, strategy, and results.
