Born in Austin, TX, but raised in Longview, I grew up with deep ties to the East Texas community. After graduating from Pine Tree High School, I pursued a degree in International Studies at Baylor University, eager to explore the world. But after college, life took me down an unexpected path—one that started in the fitness industry.
